Should be kept below 75 degrees (counter top or refrigerator are both fine). This creamed honey with organic vanilla beans and a little organic cinnamon (nothing else added) is made from our pure, Pennsylvania honey, fresh from our bees to you! Creamed honey is made by taking fine crystals from previously creamed honey and introducing them into liquid honey. We then add organic flavors to make each kind. The entire process takes 3-4 weeks. This is for a 12 ounce glass jar (honey is sold by weight not volume). Our raw honey is produced by our honey bee colonies in Pennsylvania without the use of antibiotics or non-organic treatments on the honeybee colonies, and our processing facility is licensed and inspected.
