This is for raw propolis chunks, straight from the beehive. It is 1 oz. in weight, coming in a 3 oz. glass jar. There may be small pieces of wax but it has been cleaned for major debris and was ground but will likely be solid and need to be ground or broken up. Propolis is a resin so it hardens on its own. To grind it to make a tincture, we usually break it apart again and freeze it then regrind.
