This honey was infused for a month with organic chilies and was made from our pure, Pennsylvania late spring honey. This has a medium heat level (won’t burn your mouth) versus our Xtra Hot Honey (with habaneros). Sweet and spicy and great for pizza or chicken! Fresh from our bees to you--this is for a 1 pound plastic bottle (honey is sold by weight not volume). Our raw honey is produced by our honey bee colonies in Pennsylvania without the use of antibiotics or non-organic treatments on the honeybee colonies, and our processing facility is licensed and inspected.
