This honey is medium colored with a sweet flavor. Fresh from the honeybees to you--this is Pennsylvania early fall honey made primarily from goldenrod, knotweed, and other fall plants and flowers! This is for a 1 pound glass bottle (honey is sold by weight not volume). THIS WILL EASILY CRYSTALLIZE especially if not kept in a warm location in your home, as it is raw, fall honey. Our raw honey is produced in Pennsylvania without the use of antibiotics or non-organic treatments on the honeybee colonies, and our processing facility is licensed and inspected.
