Our Farm Supply Shop is open most Fridays from 9am-8pm and other days by appointment and is located at 148 Opossum Lake Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015. Monthly pickup by request in Nicholson, PA.

We offer pure, raw, local, delicious honey for sale year round at our farm shop near Opossum Lake outside of Carlisle, PA (self-serve red stand open all the time, accepts Venmo). You can also purchase some of these products here to be shipped to your location anywhere in the U.S. Honey is sold by net weight, not by volume. Our raw honey and bee products are produced by our honey bee colonies in Pennsylvania (nowhere else) without the use of antibiotics or non-organic treatments on the honeybee colonies, and our processing facility is licensed and inspected.
The honey we have each year can vary depending on the weather. We always have some type of spring honey and some type of fall honey. When the conditions are right, we have multiple varieties of spring honey and fall honey. Spring honey is primarily from flowering trees, bushes, and flowers as the nectar source. Spring honey ranges each year (weather dependent) in color from very light to medium color. Later in the spring/early summer, it is often more of an amber color as poplar and other trees and plants influence the honey. Earlier fall honey is made in late August and September with more goldenrod than knotweed and is a medium color. Darker fall honey is made in September and October, consisting of knotweed, goldenrod, and late season wildflowers such as aster, and it is available each year starting in late October or early November.
